I am glad to announce the Occupancy Heat Map. This map shows the most popular areas in each city. Check it out!
The back end updates the data in the map every 2 or 3 days. You will be able to get more detail of each listing as you zoom in (right now will only show listing percentage of occupation).
To calculate the heat map we remove the listings that show 100% occupation (because they are probably not being listed at all) and also all the listings that have less than 5 reviews (since we want to show significant listings).
In the near future we will show more data and we will filter the rooms using other criteria like review density (the most popular and with newest reviews).
We still have few cities since it takes time to collect all the data. If you want a specific city to be analyzed, don’t hesitate on leave a suggestion in here
