Hello again!
I would like to update on an issue I observed doing the data analysis of thousands of records: due to some updates on Airbnb price, those changes were counted as different reservations. So we observed that some of the rooms had a constant room reservation rate. We fixed that issue on the database and the code and now each room can only have one price per day. So if there is an update on the nightly rate for an specific day, the latest price will overwrite the oldest.
